Throughout the year Real Hope Community Church participates in various mission opportunities.  In the past we have focused on Evangelism trips with Global Missions Fellowship. Previous teams have gone to the Ukraine, Cuba, Ecuador and Guatemala ministering to people with the Good News.  The youth also participated in Group Work Camps in Ohio.
 
Real Hope Community Church has always been committed to the Great Commission. Jesus’ last command to His disciples was that they preach the Gospel in their home towns, the surrounding towns, and even throughout the whole world. Real Hope Community Church is  committed to supporting missions "throughout the whole world".
 
Because there are such vast numbers and types of world outreach organizations, it was necessary to clarify Real Hope Community Church’s beliefs and views on missions in order to be good stewards of God’s resources.
 
Purpose in Missions: The scriptural purpose of Real Hope Community Church’s involvement in missions is:
To fulfill the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20; Acts 1:8)
That men and women will be saved and taught in the knowledge of God (Ephesians 4:11-13);
To minister to the totality of human need (Matthew 10:42; 25:31-46).
 
Definition of Missions: Overseas ministry or ministry to another culture within our country. Evangelizing, discipling, planting churches and aiding in their growth and development overseas and in the United States.
