Real Hope most visibly expresses the love of God by ministering and assisting those in need with compassion and care. Our desire is to support your physical, emotional, and spiritual needs to help you move forward on your journey in becoming a fully devoted follower of Jesus Christ. Through our various care and support ministries, we seek to embody Christ's sacrificial love through the grace giving care of Christ followers.

We offer several programs targeted at meeting the needs of those in pain and helping those going through transitions in life. More information on each of our programs can be found below.

If you have an immediate need or crisis please call the church office.

Compassion Offering

This is a special offering collected on the first Sunday of each month. Our desire is to assist our church families in times of crisis and lifes difficulties. The goal of this ministry is to help people get back on there feet. If you would like to give to this ministry please contact the church office. If you have a financial need please contact the church office.

Greeting Card Ministry

Real Hope Card ministry uses the talents of stampers to provide you with cards of encouragement. You will receive a card on your birthday, anniversary or when you have an illness or surgery. Please contact Nancy Braasch if you want to get on this mailing.

Counseling

At times, life can be stressful, knocking you down to your knees. Its at these times we can run and hide or we can turn to someone who will listen and help us sort through things.

Real Hopes Counseling Ministry provides listening ears for people who are hurting. And there is never a cost to you to see a lay counselor. (We do refer people in need to several professional counseling services in the area) All counseling is biblically based, prayer-centered, Christ-focused, and compassionate. Whatever your age (children, adolescence, parents, adults, couples, older people) there is always help available. And you don't even have to be part of Real Hope Community Church to access counseling. To schedule a pre-counseling appointment, contact the church office at 920.648.3500.

Pre-Marital Classes

Premarital classes are offered periodically throughout the year to help couples prepare, not for their wedding day, but for a marriage that will last a lifetime. The topics covered include: Gender Differences, Parenting, Finances, Communication, Conflict Resolution, and Intimacy. These six sessions are required of all those desiring to be married by one of the RHCC pastors.

Couples will take the Taylor-Johnson Inventory before their first session: Cost of this inventory is $35.00

Serving Hands

When life is turned upside down by illness or injury, Real Hopes meal ministry helps bring a little normalcy back by helping provide meals for families. Serving Hands provides meals for families experiencing a new baby, illness, death, or hospital stay. The goal is to serve families whose basic needs are not able to be met. This ministry can be encouraging and fill a great need. If you would like to make a meal please contact the ministry director or if you know someone in need of meal please contact the church office.

Child Dedication

What are Child Dedications?  A commitment between God and parents on behalf of their children
They are celebrations we have at Real Hope Community Church providing parents with the opportunity to honor God and help their children in two ways:

1. By publicly inviting God to involve Himself in the lives of their children. As children come to God as He really is, they are better able to understand just how much He really loves them.
2. By making a public commitment to raise their children to know and love Jesus and do so with the support and encouragement of Real Hope Community Church.

By making this commitment, parents are stating their intentions to teach and model what a loving relationship with Jesus looks like.

What takes place at a Child Dedication?
Child Dedications are scheduled several times a year during our weekend services. They are led by our pastoral staff and include Bible reading, parental vows to God and a prayer of dedication over each child.
What if I have more questions?
Attend the parent meeting prior to the dedication service. Feel free to contact the church office 648-3500  if you have additional questions.
